Hwy 59 Bridge Edgewater Park
This is a PRIVATE PROPERTY PARK. No Police enter we were told by the drunk guys who take the money. They are always " faced" Just a couple of guys watching the gate for the old man who owns the land, the guys are desperate for the entrance fee so they can walk to the store to buy more Busch Beer ! This area has been a park for 30+ years.
Crowd: For 20 years we have been cruising under the Kingwood side of the Hwy 59 Bridge, That area has now been gated off by the state. I guess we were just to spoiled to ever spend the $5.00 to enter the EdgeWater Park.

Kingwood Side Of Hwy 59 Bridge: Take Hwy 59 North from Houston / 1 exit north of Humble. Take "Townsend Blvd Loop 494" Exit / Stay on Feeder 1 mile and Cross Bridge / Take 1st right after Bridge on Hamblen Rd / Go down Hamblen 1/4 mile / Turn Right into "EDGEWATER PARK" / The turn is just before the railroad tracks. Look for old sign Follow dirt road into this PRIVATE PARK !!! Pay the Drunk guys the $5.00 fee and you are in and SAFE!

Best times: I have luck both day & night. Especially on weekends
Dates open: 24 Hrs per Day - Cruising Info/ Tips:Just pay the 2 drunk guys at the gate and HAVE A BLAST! We build a bonnfire at night & set up tents nearby the fire.
Cruisiest Spots: Hmmm Just look for the action, most people park near the river. It's easy to spot those with the same interests! - Nudity / Policy:At night no problem, you will see fishermen and an occassional family. Don't expect a nude area, but I like to flash my and so do many others. We do run around the tent area nude at night.

- Warnings:No Warnings as of yet, Have NEVER seen any Houston Police enter this area. Have been a daily user of this park for the last 3 -4 weeks since the bridge area was gated closed.
