The change room is a great place to hook up or scope out guys in the shower. The stalls are hidden from view and the urinals are a great place to make eye contact. You need a membership to the center, or you can buy a day pass for under $2.75, but it will be well worth it.

- Hours:Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 9:00 pm
Fridays 6:00 am - 8:00 pm
Saturdays 8:00 am - 7:30 pm
Sundays 9:00 am - 4:30 pm
Best times are in the mid morning, early afternoon or around 5-6pm, after work for the blue collars and businessmen, and straight through until closing for the hot young guys who work out late. - Cruising Info/ Tips:Eye contact with the guys in the shower works well, because there are lots of guys looking for action. Beside the open showers there is even a private shower you can slip into with a guy when no one is looking for hot times.
- Nudity / Policy:nudity is allowed, it's a gym/changeroom
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / Handicap accessible. There are no stairs.
- Warnings:Watch for straight men that have no interest in you. It's not hard to figure them out, they do not look at you and pay zero attention to your presence, so leave those ones alone.
