A very clean and well maintained gay-owned hotel on Maui There are some str8 guests who like the clothing optional sundeck on the roof, but they all seem very gay friendly. Most rooms have kitchens. Grills for steaks etc near a central lanai. Across the street from the beach.

The hotel has some good directions from the OGG airport, but it may be difficult to spot at night but just look for the addresses on the road. It is one mile from the start of S. Kihei Road heading south.
- Hours:it is a hotel but the office closes at 6 PM local time
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Lots of ways to meet guys on the sundeck or just leave your door open. Be careful about nudity in public places since it is surrounded by lots of condos.

- Wheelchair Accessible:No / handicap accessible on first floor
- Warnings:It is a nice place with nice guests.
