Thelocker room has a big changing area, where you see a lot of staring as well as shy straight guys who have made it an artform getting dressed keeping there dicks covered. The good news, open showers. No shower stalls. Only about 35% of the guys will use the showers here. I guess the group shower reminds to many people of being in school. They dont provide and soap or shampoo, so if you plan to linger, bring some cleaning fluids to look busy in the shower.

Facilities: All I can say is that people who are intrested in you there, seem to have no problem getting semi or hard and letting you notice when working out.

Best times: Sunday Afternoon. Weekdays after lunch and before 4pm rush. - Cruising Info/ Tips:BE DISCRETE. There are alot of hetrosexual men who work out here who would not like it if they got flirted with by a guy.
Cruisiest Spots: The majority of the cruising starts on the main workout floor. People seem to be shy and stare at each other. I have noticed if someone is intrested, you will notice they follow you from machine to machine, always managing to work out next to you. Then people follow each other to the locker room. - Wheelchair Accessible:Yes
- Warnings:Unfortunatly, the sauna and steam room are co-ed next to the pool downstairs. So you have to keep your clothes on. They do not even allow speedo's anymore. Guess the old folks complained. That does not mean people don't cruise in there.
Warnings: So far, all I can warn, is that I have never been all alone anywhere in that gym for more then 3 minutes. I have not figured out if guys just use the gym to meet at and go somewhere else. Or if there is some playspace I have not discovered yet.
