Gay Beach
This is private land which has just become the gay beach. It is nice, laid back, not at all full on so dont have wild expectations.
Crowd: Local gay Thai guys and local Thai guys looking for . Western tourists and local expats.Local Thai guys from near by building sites and fishermen. The building site and fisher guys will 'play' for Baht 100.They are very poor.Increasingly rent boys go but they know this a free beach so mayfore go the usual 'business' fee.

Not far north out of Chaweng but you need to take a motor bike. From the gate of the Coral Bay Resort and Spa, which is about one km north of Central Chaweng - go half a km to the fork in the road and take the right hand fork for another half km. A short walking track goes down to the beach. Not a swimming beach, sand, coral and rocks, no amenities so take water/food and man things and remember a bag to take your rubbish back.

Cross street: Entrance to beach off Main Road between Chaweng and Choeng Mon - Hours:Western guys go in the heat of the day. Thai guys go from about 5 pm through to dark. Sat and Sun mid afternoon on busy, Monday 5 pm on busy.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:All the guys Thai and Western who come here want . Be polite, start up a conversation invite them into the bush or some may prefer to go your hotel.
Cruisiest Spots: The main beach as you enter. Walk up into open bush to the left - where most of the action takes place - to a smaller beach. - Nudity / Policy:Yes / Western guys often nude. Its against the law and Thai dont approve of this and dont like it on the beach. Local Thai guys think it is rude and usually dont talk with the nude men.Nudity could result in complaints to the Police and then they close it down.
