From Kona take Highway 19 towards the Kona airport, watch for the Honokohau Boat Harbor sign. Turn left and drive to Maliu Point. Walk north along the shoreline to until you meet some friendlies. The north end is the gay area.

- Hours:Weekends.For cruising later in the afternoon 4pm - 6pm. No Rangers around. No crowds. Usually under 15 people down here at this time.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:When driving down to the harbor make a right turn and proceed all the way to the end of the road. You will have to walk about 1/2 a mile from here on a trail down to the beach. When On the trail you will come to a Y (go right) down to the beach area. You will see it off in the distance (north).
- Nudity / Policy:Yes / Much nudity though there has been a recent crackdown.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No
- Warnings:Sometimes small sharks in Water but it can be like this everywhere in Hawaii.
