The park is south on H29 from LaGrange abiut 8 miles and north from West Point about 2 miles.
  • Crowd:Mainly guys cruising in cars can be found here.
  • Hours:It seems to be hottest around 2:00-6:00 during the week and weekends.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:There's actually two parks at the dam, the Georgia side and the Alabama side, the GA side is by far the hot side. The day use area has a lot of parking spots near the restrooms and there are a few walking trails with benches.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:Watch out for cleaning crews that come through picking up trash. The park rangers come through also but check outat 4:00.
