This is a nice quiet park area with lots of trails n paths, places to hide and play out of public view. It has picnic tables, picnic shelter, accessible public parking. Its a former gravel pit area with water and some hills.

Neighbourhood: Brookswood

Passive Park is located on 36th avenue at 208th street and the main entrance is at the north end of this park on 36th avenue near 207th street. Entry to the parking lot on the south side of
36th avenue. This area is surrounded by rural residential.
  • Hours:the parking lot gates are only open dusk till dawn, otherwise you could park along side street and walk in anywhere around this park as it is not fenced off, only the parking lot is gated.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:This is a great place to meet to go for a stroll and a walk or or a blow or other discreet activities.
  • Nudity / Policy:Standard public park rules apply, always.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No / due to elevation changes and some rough terrain, this park is not suitable for handicap users.
  • Warnings:the usual cruising etiquette should prevail at all times. be clean, remove anything you take
    into the park, keep it clean, dont leave evidence behind. lets keep this a nice little place to
    play without letting on to non-cruisers and non-players that ruins most locations and only draws unwanted attention.
