Just visited here & discovered some heavy cruising in the men's room on the lower level (shopping arcade/food court). Came in the hotel's back entrance late (around 1:30am) to take a piss & decided to take my time. Shortly after, another guy came in & took one of the a stalls. Stayed where I was at the urinal until a some back & forth foot tapping ensued. Took the next stall over & had some hot under-the-stall action. Was eventually joined by a third participant who "came" & went quickly.
Came by the following afternoon to find some j/o going at the urinals, but had better luck again later that night.

As far as hotel guests or shoppers it's not a very frequented area and almost all of the shops & restaurants are closed relativly early. In short, it's otherwise a very quiet spot.

Take the entrance furthest from the strip on East Flamingo Rd. (by what appeared to be the self parking exit & shuttle bus waiting area), then you'll already be on the lower level. Just make a right & you're there.

Hours:10:00pm or later - the later the better from what I took in. Open 24 hours.
Cruising Info/ Tips:Keep it under-the-stall for blowjobs - thanks to double doors in this restroom, you can hear someone enter easily. It's also set up in such a way that the stalls aren't visible upon first entering the room so you have time to pull away & appear casual. Due to wall length mirror, your backside would be visible at a urinal.
Nudity / Sexual Policy:Wouldn't recommend it.
Wheelchair Accessible:No / It had a handicap stall, so as far as I could tell, yes.
Warnings:As with all washrooms, there'll be maintence in & out, so play it cool. I can't imagine a closed food court area is top of the list surveillance wise after hours, but this is located in casino property so there are cameras every couple of yards on this level.

Went there last night at 3 am.. see security walked up the escalator when I went down..
then see a guy who pick up trashes walk around and using the rest room at the same time. So I only wash my hands and left.
On the way back see security guard gong down the escalator again.
May be I was there too late..
there are 3 people who came either from the train or parking while I left the restroom

Great spot but the postings are correct, it's a bit busy until late at night. Was cruised by a cute guy (green shirt, white shorts) Thurs, May 7th, 11 p.m. but just too much foot traffic in and out to take a chance.

checked this place out yesterday around 130p. sat in the middle stall and played with a guy to the right for a lil bit, but kept getting interrupted. he eventually left...too bad. this is a good place, probably better during the middle of the week when there's less traffic.will be back.
