Night is a various tale, in between the dubious characters and the cops it's most likely best to stay clear of after dark. It's on Cheyenne (south side of the street) between 5th Street and Commerce. From the I-15 get off on Cheyenne, head west, just past North 5th Street, look for it on the south side of the street.
