Secluded park with two tea rooms, picnic areas and 1 boat ramp. Picnic area has separate gate to keep automobile traffic stopped, great for foot traffic to more secluded areas.

Heading N. on Hwy. 78 from Lavon to Farmersville turn left onto Rd. 489 - LOOK for brown road sign with park name. Follow Rd. 489 as it twists and curves, will come to Garland Power and Light Plant on Lake. Rd. 489 takes you directly to park entrance.

  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Restroom near entrance and one past picnic area
  • Nudity / Policy:Was able to have uninterrupted in full nude for at least an hour during daytime when schools were in session. Not sure about summertime schedule.

  • Warnings:Road 489 to park seems to take forever but really only about 3 miles. Do NOT go over railroad track fast, BIG drop.
    Warnings: Wylie P.D. and Collin County constable cruise through occasionally to 'keep the peace'. Don't cruise out in the open, play it cool. Down by waters edge hard to see from roadway.
