Ronald Reagan Pkwy to Bethesda Church Rd, turn right, and another right into the park. Stay right to the soccer fields, and you will see the paved trails on the edge of the woods.
Get on the trails, and at the 0.5 mark, there is a wooded path that does not see many people.
