Staff are friendly but arguably there are too many of them.
The facilities are always clean.

Best times: Busiest (most variety!) before 8.30 or after 5.30pm.
Quieter times probably afford better opportunities in the steam room / sauna though. - Cruising Info/ Tips:Both steam room and sauna are mixed, and it's predominantly a straight gym so discretion required.
Cruisiest Spots: The loungers by the pool give a good view of anyone leaving the changing rooms for the pool, sauna and steam room. - Wheelchair Accessible:No
- Warnings:Staff are high-visibility, especially around the pool for Health and Safety. This makes action in the sauna more tricky, but the steam room is out of their field of vision!
