Cubical showers but most guys seem to leave the curtain open while showering. Sauna and Steam are by the pool and communal but easy to see people approaching. Spa is great to eye up talent as it overlooks pool, steam and sauna.

Walk down Sanderson Close just off Highgate Road then there is a sign pointing left. You can also park by driving up to the barrier and pressing the LA Fitness buzzer.

- Cruising Info/ Tips:Spa is good to eye people up then follow to steam/sauna or shower action.
- Nudity / Policy:None allowed in Sauna/Steam as this is a communal area.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / Lots of stairs to gain access to changing room, not sure if there is a lift.
- Warnings:Shame there is no male only steam/sauna day!
