Update 5/8/2008: This toilet has been refurbished. There may still be action of a sort here, but you can see under all cubicles from the entrance and there are metal plated walls dividing the cubicles. I would say the majority of the action has moved on from here.

Best times: Mid morning to late afternoon - Cruising Info/ Tips:Try the cubicles, but be discreet. Used to have a small peephole, not sure if it is still there.
