Cannons Battersea has a gym and squash courts, but no pool. What is special is that it has a health suite within the men's changing room. This consists of a jacuzzi, steam room and spacious sauna. (The women's changing room has its own facilities). The health suite is located just beyond the showers and can be partially viewed from part of the men's changing area.
Cannons membership is required for access to the gym.
Neighbourhood: Battersea
It's about a 15 minute walk from Clapham Junction station. Take the main exit out of the station and walk up Lavender Hill past Asda. Turn left onto Latchmere Rd and walk down the hill and under the railway bridges. Sheepcote Lane is on the right and Cannons is clearly signposted. Alternatively take a bus to near the junction of Battersea Park Rd and Latchmere Rd and it's just a few minutes' walk from there.

- Hours:7am - 10pm Mondays to Fridays
8am - 8pm weekends and Bank holidays.
Busier times are best for lots to look at but quieter times are better for a bit of action i.e. mid-afternoons and later in the evenings. - Cruising Info/ Tips:The steam room is good since it has a frosted glass door and so is difficult to see into from outside. Also the jacuzzi can be good when it's bubbling away with the odd stray hand or leg.
- Nudity / Policy:Most guys go naked when using the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. (The gym doesn't have a pool so most guys don't bring trunks). However, don't assume that guys are looking for fun just because they're in the buff.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / No.
- Warnings:This is a predominantly straight gym so discretion is required. Not much action happens here, but it does sometimes.
