Very easy if you come from SS36 (Milan to Valtellina highway). Take the "Lecco Bione" exit (which is just after the bridge coming from Milan). At the turnabout keep right (following signs to Bione). On the right you'll find a big parking area for trucks beside some football fields. Otherwise keep on following the road along the lake and you'll find a parking on the left (which is meant to be the most cruisy area).
Cross street: Viale Brodolini
