Head into Leicester city centre, look for Highcross Parking. There is a John Lewis with its own car park on the centre, park there and head across the bridge aroung John Lewis and into the main shopping malls. Go down the escalators and head straight until you arrive at Rackhams on your right. The toilets are at 11 o'clock.
