Streetlife is quite an old bird now to be fair but is still the leading late night venue for gay folk in and around Leicester. It could do with a refurb to bring it up to todays gay men and womens standards. It is quite dark inside but the music is excellent and the staff are extremely friendly, alot of them being gay or bi themselves. The drinks arent too expensive either.
Crowd: All sorts. Students, oldies, dykes, chav's you name it Streetlife has got it.

Starting from the Clock tower in Leicester city centre, follow Belgrave gate down towards the Police station til you come to a roundabout. You will see a large Wilkinsons store on one of the corners with a Job centre next to it. There is a road at the side of that with a Indian Restaurant at the top of it. Follow that road til you come to the junction. Opposite you will see a large camping supply store. Walk along the front of that til you come to the end of the road and you will see Streetlife on your left on the opposite side of the road.

Best times: Get in before 11pm and you'll get either free entry or a discount depending on the night. Busiest night is a Saturday. - Cruising Info/ Tips:Sit at or near the bar and see who's about. They'll give you the eye then take it from there.
Cruisiest Spots: The upstairs bar in the main room. - Nudity / Policy:Mostly gay but everyone is welcome.
- Wheelchair Accessible:Yes / Don't think they have a dedicated disabled toilet. Ring to find out.
- Warnings:The doorstaff can sometimes be a little intimidating but you just have to get used to them.
Warnings: Nothing to warn you about really except they dont like girls in the guys toilets and vice versa. Had some issues with str8 folk I think.
