As reported on Journal Star, the police have conducted a sting operation at a local park with several arrests being made.
Please keep this in mind as it may bring unwanted attention from local citizens as well. Take care of yourselves and each other while you�re out there.

This park (like all city parks) officially closes at 11 pm, so staying there beyond then invites risk vis a vis the police. The tearoom pictures notwithstanding, most action takes place amidst the trees al fresco. Both the upper and lower parking lots are "staging areas."

I have been going here through this summer and weekend nights during the summerit rocked after dark. Since it got cold it has died down. If anyone goes here let me know and we can hook up. Otherwise this is a rocking place with many outdoor secluded areas after dark.
