This is an open area close to the Thames barrier, from the main road all the way to the barrier and along the riverwalk is cruisy, usually from 9am-midnight, this riverwalk takes you to the O2, there are a lot of bushy areas before you get to the barrier and no residential properties nearby, most guys cruise up and down on bikes.
