management update 1/5/2009: 2 gloryholes in dark area downstairs and 9 on slurp ramp in larger dark room. The 3rd floor has been closed for 3 years and is open for events only. The fireplace was replace with a slurp-ramp / sling video room. Since the fireplace was removed, guys can't dry themselves off in front of it anymore. We have a steam sauna, a dry sauna, and 10 man whirlpool. To date the owner has spent over 100,000 on the building in the past 2 1/2 years. The whirlpool was rebuilt along with the dry sauna, ceramic tiled all floors on lower level, Replaced Ventilation system. We have begun renovating the rooms which we rent.


update 11/20/2008: there is NO gym, NO fireplace, and 3rd floor where suites with beds/furniture were has been closed.


Free , gym, lounges are nicely kept. If you're lucky, some hot guy will come up from the basement and dry himself off in front of the fireplace. A sling room and dark lounge area has been added. They also have suites with beds and furniture.

  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Third floor is very quiet, main floor lounge and lower level best. Sometimes you'll have to lower your expectations.

  • Management adds "The 3rd floor is quiet... because it is closed...lol"
    Cruisiest Spots: The wet sauna. The wet area is a separate room, so lots of naked guys in the shower and saunas.
  • Nudity / Policy:nudity is allowed in the basement
  • Wheelchair Accessible:Yes / update 1/5/2009: We have a wheelchair ramp to the bar and the washrooms are handicap assessable.
  • Warnings:Grunge factor a bit high -- rooms are seedy.

  • I attended the Spa on Friday and must say that it is improving. The smell of fresh paint was everywhere and it was cleaner than in the recent past. The common rooms are well set up and provide variations for the more adventurous. The staff was friendly..although a more physical example of friendliness would be nice.

    The gentlemen present were very accomodating although there could have been more. Hopefully they will come as the improvements become known.

  • Painting of the rooms has begun, mirrors are going back up. Place is under new management and he's doing a good job. All things take times but, don't be afraid to shoot some suggestions to the staff and management if there is something u'd like to see happen or continue. All we can do is our best at making sure all of you gent's have a good stay and come back. We're doing our very best.

  • How does one over hear something at a dinner party they went to over the weekend, i imagine, that would have been a small dinner gathering at someone's home?!!!!!
    No, this place isn't closing down but, ya know what, if it did, i would serve this so called community right. Not supporting a gay owned and operated business seems to be the M.O. around town. Just remember, if this place is to close, London will never EVER get another one. For those that don't remember or know, our lovely city council made it very clear, if this bathhouse closed, another one would never be given a license to open so, support it or look back at ur lives and remember what those that did not support these business have done. To think back on all the amazing bars we used to have and how 2 faced ppl are in support of anything new or, out of the ordinary. SHAME.

  • What repair man, the whirlpool needs a new pump. What's with the owner of this place. I have been going to this particular spot in London for over 20yrs and i have to say, this place is getting to be disgusting. Nothing works properly, most of the staff are taking the brunt of comments from other customers, i heard plenty myself from others. Time for the owner to start spending some time at home and at this particular location. The place needs an injection of cash, and it needs to advertise, i've looked in the papers that place used to advertise it, it's not anymore. Time to look at ur books boys and come to terms with the facts, ur loosing money cuz ur not doing the work. Needs new management as well, someone willing to get in the owners face and tell him what's really going on.

  • Was at Central Spa Thursday February 12, 2009 12:00 noon, very disappointed, the Hot Tub was completely empty of water and a notice indicating the Hot Tub is broken.
    I enquired from management what the problem is and the reply " very serious", aside from the lack of being sparkling clean, hot tub broken, and here I was looking forward to a great soak for my aching body filled with arthritis.

  • I went to this one yesterday Feb1st. around 6pm. Such a quite and empty place. Ask the desk gentleman How many guys today? and reply 'five'. Yes, but four at the bar. Really I was very dissatisfy...
    Before hand ask for a special rate but no specials for an 'empty' house.
    I was lost in that empty place. Thanks god never undressed. Drank a beer waiting for someone looking at the CCTV but finally drove home.
    I think in the future I will call first but not sure if they give you such info.
