Hundreds of ruins of Anasazi cliff houses and pueblo-style dwellings lay scattered across the Pajarito Plateau of northern New Mexico. Within Bandelier National Monument's 32,000 acres, 70 miles of trails provide access to these ancient ruins, including the cliff dwellings and Tyuonyi village of Frijoles Canyon.

Take 25 north to 599 west toward Los Alamos. take 84/285 west to 502 towards Los Alamos thathen exit on RT 4 to White Rock. Go through White Rock and about 12 miles down on Rt 4 you will come to the entrance.

  • Crowd:All types, straight, gay, families.
  • Hours:Any time of day, over 70 miles of trails provide access to these ancient ruins, including the cliff dwellings lots of places for privecy
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Just watch the people and follow their lead.
    Cruisiest Spots: The trails at the bottom.
  • Nudity / Policy:Yes / If you get off the trails and that is not hard get naked, but by law not permited. I hiked for 4 hours naked and no one ever said anything.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:$10.00 dollars for whole day.
    Warnings: Federal Rangers make rounds once in a while, but so much area easy to hide
