Take I-495 to exit 38 and turn right towards Lowell. Rte 38 is Rogers Street once you get into Lowell. Follow this to the 3rd set of lights where you will see a large park on your left in front of you and a closed fire station on your right in front of you. Go through these lights to the next Left (there are two large stone Pillars there) and drive to the end where you will see a small baseball park on your left and in front of that a huge cemetary. You can turn right and go down a ways until you see parking areas near a tennis court and a another softball park. Those areas are where men park looking to be off. If your turn right and go for a short distance you will see a road on right that goes up a large hill and at the top men park and then go into the bushes to and . Try it out...I have found lots of hot guys there durinf the day until about 3 pm when this is closed at the top. If you find someone cruising on Park Avenue or in the small parking lots you can walk up and be sure that it is safe as no cops can come up when it is closed.

  • Hours:Normally from 12:00 noon (guys looking for noontime blowjobs) until about 6pm. I even blew a Fed-Ex guy there and and a UPS guy in the trucks in this area at lunch time. Hot guys with nice and tasty loads.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:If you see someone your interested in roll down your window and say hello as you pass. The back road on Park Ave is a mess with potholes now and it has speed bumps so everyone needs to go slow so as you meet you have time to look at one another so say hello and see what happens.
Cruisiest Spots: The top of the Hill at Fort Hill Park is the safest place.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:They close the gate to the top hill at Fort Hill Park at 3pm. No Problem...find your and then park in separate areas and walk up to the top and meet there after 3pm

  • Guys, I've been cruising that place and I'm telling you.... there's NOTHING going on there. Maybe it's because it's winter, but then again....that wouldn't stop anyone from wanting to get great head, you know? lol Won't go back there..... waste of time.

  • I live next door to this park and have popped over several times in the summer,,walked to the top, disappointing nobody around and if the cars parked are an indication of cruisers-mostly old men,,,no college guys,no blue collars
