Small pebble-dashed building with a flat roof and a red opened door. Although it is only a single door, you can hear people coming in, giving you about 10 seconds to cover up if need be.

Head up from Lytham or down from Blackpool along Clifton Drive (A584)until you reach St Anne's Square, which is a cross junction. Turn along towards the beach, on St Annes Rd west, which has The Admiral pub on the corner. At the end of this road, you will find the Pier opposite. Turn left and then pull up immediately after the crossing on the rigth. The cottage is straight in front of you from here.

  • Hours:09:00 to 19:00
    Best times: Any time after 12:00, but late afternoons are best. Yuo can have a lot of privacy in summer from about 17:00 to closing (approximately 19:00)
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Many cruisers will either look at you as they walk and touch their on the way in, or the will put their index finger to their lips. Some men will park alongside on the road and wait for people to go in, or pretend to be on their mobile phones.
    Cruisiest Spots: Inside the toilet and the surrounding areas, such as the benches outside and near the memorial.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:Occasionally some people don't seem to take the hint and constantly try to get you to hook up. Just walk away and come back in a couple of minutes.
    Warnings: Although I've never had a problem, a friend told me that he saw people being arrested once. This is extremely rare, but just keep a keen eye out for any parked police cars.
