Hwy 4 going West of I-680. Exit at Pine/Center. G Turn towards Pine and make a Left on Howe Rd. At the first stop sign (Parkway Dr) make a left and the park is on your left. Rest rooms are right before the ballfield and after the park.

Best times: WeekDays-Early morning, between 2PM and 3:30PM and after 8PM at night. Weekends after 8PM at night.
Dates open: Never closes all seasons - Cruising Info/ Tips:Can be hit or miss. Families from the area often have soccer practice for their kids or little league games on weekend days or around 3PM weekdays.
If you are parked in lot, flash your tail-lights to signal you are interested or make eye contact.
Cruisiest Spots: Men's restroom has a locking , the park at night has many places that are dark for fun in a nature setting. - Nudity / Policy:None please. Families may be around at any time.

- Warnings:Have not seen any staff enter in the evening (Contra Costa County maintanence crews sometimes go inh doing the days from time to time. Police only occasionally drive through parking lot. Do not park in lot at night as this will draw attention. Use one of the local streets and walk the short distance back to park.

(You have to be logged in) Add CommentI have been walking around the park pretty much every evening around 10-11 so I can get back home before my wife gets suspicious. Really deserted and really has a lot of possiblities. Bathrooms are well lit from the outside. Plenty of dark places outside also. Hopefully it will start to pick up.
