Turn of Chesterfield Road, Matlock into Upper Lumsdale. Go to Highfield walk down road. The road narrows. Keep walking straight on into wooded area. Eventually, you will walk past some small cottages on left then to a pond. Beyond pond there is another wooded area with the ruins of old mills. Plenty of areas to cruise and hang out.
