It's a public park with all that entails. Be discreet, stay out of peoples way and stay out of the bathrooms. It used to be a real hot spot, but the police and park officials made a big push to get rid of the car cruisers. After a few years, it's rebounding now for those willing to be patient and willing to be careful and to keep their activities well hidden in the woods away from the main lakes and gathering areas of the park.
Crowd: There are a lot of dog walkers, The men are of all ages but often older.

Travel north on US1 from downtown Melbourne, about 15 minutes to Parkway Drive. Turn west (left) and travel another few minutes. Past the light at Croton, it will be the next right.

  • Hours:Open from roughly 7 am until dusk.
    Best times: Weekdays around the lunch hour 11am - 1pm and later in the afternoon.
    Dates open: All year round.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Use your common sense,be discreet. If it doesn't seem right, then move along. Be patient and see what most folks do. Plan to go for a walk on the trails and don't just loiter in your car.
    Cruisiest Spots: The trails at the back of the park.
  • Nudity / Policy:Yes / If you are careful enough you can be completely naked there, but usually folks wear clothes that offer easy access when necessary.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:Folks who don't know when to quit. Being pushy or not being discreet is the fastest way to be avoided.
    Warnings: Cops drive through once or twice a day but usually don't bother anyone unless they give them a reason to stop. Be discreet and don't give them a reason to stop.

  • Have had a few very interesting hook-ups recently.
    As noted, just be wise and careful. Do see unmarked cars checking out the trails.
