This is a small community shopping centre located at the corner of Lower Dandenong Road and Nepean Highway, Mentone East.
Small toilet block with 3 cubicles plus 1 disabled. Then there's a locked section. There are peep holes in the cubicle walls. The cock hole got filled in.
Crowd: Young guys only, mainly students come here.
In Mentone. Just off Nepean Hwy, or off lower-Dandenong Rd. The toilets are inside next to the restaurant (some cubicles have glory holes).

4pm is good, and late lunch (1-2pm). - Cruising Info/ Tips:The best way is to wait just outside the toilets, when someone cute goes in, you follow, both going to pee in the urinal. Smile and look each other over.

- Warnings:The cleaner after 5:30. Apart from that, no problem at all, plenty of exits(alley, mall -- 4 exits).
