Take Yosemite turn off from Hwy 99, go about 2.5 miles east on Yosemite Parkway (Hwy 140.) Turn right into park entrance. Action in around picinic shed.

    Best times: After dark.
    Dates open: 6 am to 11 pm.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Walk into shed after dark and there maybe other guys there. Go from there.
    Cruisiest Spots: The table shed at East end of circle road leading to park exit.

  • Unfortunately technological advances have made it easier for "big brother" to spy on the general public using the excuse of "safety" to do it. If there is any good to be realized by the economic woes it is that maybe municipal governments won't have the funds to install and maintain these devices.

  • Hey, here is a warning! Merced Police Department began a sting operation for all parks and are in the process of installing what they call Eagle Eye. Basically it is a high tech cam used to spy on people and they will be doing so in all parks. BE AWARE!

  • Parks & Rec clean the bathrooms early but they also keep an eye on the place during the day. MPD has been known to sneak in on people. There was a robbery that occurred in the bathroom. The suspect was praying on the men that were coming in. He was arrested and i have not heard of problems since. i have been very successful at this location.
