Fairy Dell Forest

Enter Coulby Newham off the A19. If you enter the side of Marton, go towards Marton shops and turn right down Gunnergate Lanne and continue down until you see some trees. The gates are just to the right at the bottom of the hill. If you enter from the Hemlington side, follow the road towards Coulby Newham and go right past the roundabout. Follow this road until you see the large TESCO. There is a forest on the left; this is Fairy Dell. Continue along and take a small side road on the left, then let again to come to the gates.

  Best times: About 8pm at night no other people here then. People walk dogs during the day, but it's ok if you find a quiet place.

  Cruisiest Spots: Stay on the main paths in on the nature trail, or use main park, up to you.
