Cruising Info/ Tips:Hang around in the showers (the closed male showers) they are partioned off with frosted glass, but you can see enough. Dry off in that area. Alternatively walk around naked in changing rooms, to and from showers. Swimming pants necessary for access to turkish bath as is mixed. Hang robe outside and go in in just swim pants. Sauna same set up. Shower off in the open shower then move to the male showers. Eye up instructors, male clients on equipment in the gym itself.
Cruisiest Spots: Showers, turkish bath, relax area, drying off area and open showers, as well as the changing rooms.

Warnings:Sauna and turkish bath are mixed. Shame the male showers are partitioned off one from other. But you can see if someone is jerking off through the frosted glass.
