A very well equipped gym. Rarely any waiting for equipment. Clean but a bit run down but that is part of the atmosphere.
Crowd: Students, working/business men, gym rats, bodybuilders and the trainers. The gym part is co-ed.
Facilities: Gym, Sauna, Showers, massage clinic, etc.

Facilities

East on Lakeshore Rd. from Southdown Rd. then left (North) on Clarkson Rd. to a laneway between the auto repair shop and the park. Turn right (east) into the lane and the building is on your left. Lots of parking.
Cross street: Clarkson Rd. and Lakeshore Rd.
  • Crowd:Students, working/business men, gym rats, bodybuilders and the trainers. The gym part is co-ed.
    Facilities: Gym, Sauna, Showers, massage clinic, etc.
  • Hours:6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Membership required or must be accompanied by a member to get in.
    Best times: Late evening when the locker room, showers and sauna are not busy. Best just before closing.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Make the usual eye contact in the locker room or sauna. Show what you've got and even adjust it while you are nude. Action is in the sauna or can move to a shower . Lots of supposedly straight guys (with muscles) so be careful who you hit on. Some guys have shaved or trimmed pubic hair and we know who does that ;o)
    Cruisiest Spots: The locker room and Sauna. The four large private shower s have wooden plank doors and bar catches to lock. Two or more men fit in the private shower s easily. The sauna is unlit; the only light comes in through the glass door. It is dark. Or, you can always take it outside for a jog in the wooded area of the park or to the car in the dimmer and less busy area of the paraking lot especially after closing time.

  • Warnings:Often find abandoned underpants or sweaty gym shorts in the locker room. Is that a negative?
    Warnings: This is a co-ed suburban gym. Be discreet.

  • Does anyone use this gym? Would love to hear about the gym as far as the gym itself goes. Is it clean, well kept etc? Is there much cruising going on? Thanks

  • To loveyellow: this is a great gym. Lots of really good equipment, lots of space, no waiting. The sauna anad shower cubicles with doors are very conducive to cruising. Membership with access to all activities like yoga classes and health assessments included is about %350.00 a year. Give it a try to see if you like it.
