Hours:Anytime during the day. 6pm on fridays is good. But you must go before 9pm, becuase they start carding students to enter.
Best times: 6pm on fridays.
Cruising Info/ Tips:Far . Or try the front steps on the building, stand outside and smoke a ciggarette, look for student wearing rainbow necklace or wristband. Then floow them into the building and see if they go downstairs.
