From I-55, get off at exit 63 (Raymond exit), head northeast. From Taylorville, take Rt. 48 sound about 10 miles.
Cross street: On IL Rt. 48, halfway between Morrisonville and Palmer, which is halfway between Taylorville and I-55
  • Crowd:Rural guys, older, caucasian.
  • Hours:24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Best times: Daytime, some weekend evenings.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Have been there three times and have met two guys there for fun. Just park in front of the map board and make eye contact. There is a nearby woods that is ok to go in the summer, but also several rural roads near the lot offer more a secluded place for fun.
    Cruisiest Spots: Parking lot.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:If you don't like guys in the 50's and 60's, you probably won't like this place although I did meet a nice guy in his 20's one evening.
Warnings: It's a pretty well traveled highway, so state police and Christian County sheriff will patrol and drive through.
