Frank's is still open...(Mon-Sun 5-1) during the week and (5-2 on Fri and Sat)...also serving food now....busier in spring and summer...but give it a try....never know! Good luck!!

I went to new Franks two weeks ago on a Sunday about 5 pm. Very busy nice after beach crowd.

Hey guys, as mentioned below this location is now closed and no longer good for cruising. It has been turned into a fine dining restaurant. Please see pic.
