Go through Eldon Square up to John Lewis and go up the Escalators into Eldon Garden so you are on the top floor, walk through the Mall past Copperfields cafe and follow the mall right, toilets are in the top left hand corner opposite car park entrance, or walk along Percy street towards Haymarket and there are a number of entrances, go to top floor, toilets are next to a big hairdressing salon.
