Where exactly

It's the municipal car park in the back of what used to be the moat of the Roccas Bastion in the old city of Nicosia. Just get to the Post office, which is on the Bastion itself and follow the parking signs to the car park itself.

When to go

Late afternoon to late evening. Best times: Dusk 'til around 11 pm. Dates open: Late afternoon to late evening.

Etiquette

Play it cool, there is a fairly strong bias against overt homosexual behaviour in Cyprus, even though it has been decriminalised. Bisexuality is common.

This place can be dusty and smelly. Be careful. Though I have never had any trouble, I have heard of reports of people getting abuse from young local guys who like to -bait!
