From I-64 take Highway 264W to downtown Norfolk. Take Exit 9 (Waterside Drive) and follow it around as it turns into Boush Street. Turn left onto Olney Road.

Warnings: It is watched by marked police cars at times, but if you look like a local resident you should not be bothered. Locals are always jogging and walking through this entire area, it's hard for the police to differentiate.
