From Virginia Beach: I-64W, take 1st Tidewater Drive Exit, merge onto Tidewater, travel 1 mile, Park is on the left across from McDonalds and Burger King. From Portsmouth/Suffolk: I-264 through Downtown Tunnel into Norfolk, get into left lane following signs to St. Paul?s Blvd., turn right onto St. Paul?s (changes name to Monticello), bear left onto Granby Street. Continue on Granby approx. 6 miles, turn right onto Bayview Blvd. Turn right at next stoplight onto Tidewater Dr. Park is 1/4 mile on the right. From Hampton: I-64E through Tunnel, take the Granby Street/Terminal Blvd. Exit (stay in left lane), merge onto Granby Street (Rt. 460). Make U-turn at 1st stop light to reverse direction on Granby. Turn right at first stoplight onto Bayview Blvd. Turn right at next stoplight onto Tidewater Dr. Park is 1/4 mile on the right
Cross street: 1/4 mile North of Little Creek Rd and south of Bayview.

  This place is great, but the cops are heating up. I was in the picnic area last night and a guy came over asking a lot of questions about and what people do in the park. He said he was 19, but I think he was a cop.
  Skinny black guy , 6'1, close cut hair. Not sure if he is for sure but he was on the phone asking someone if they were ready to go home. A minute later, a cop car starts coming down the lane with the lights off.
