As you come out of the tunnel on _64 on the Norfolk side there is a boat marina storage place on the right. Make the right liek your going into the place then a sharp left onto the main road. Take the road down about maybe a mile on the curve to the left as your on the curve there is a boat ramp on your right with a large parking lot, this is the one.
