its for members only very quiet place though. not as busy as the sister gym up at byker so more time for fun!! esp in steam room!!

just head for the royal quays shopping center once there you cant miss it. its the huge building that says JJB on it.

- Hours:not sure on best times yet just trying to get it up and running. its quiet at night after 8 and during the day is very quiet as well.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:cruisiest spot is deffo in the huge steam room its very good in there.
- Nudity / Policy:nudity is not allowed with it being a gym but its still easy enough for action.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / yes available for handicapped.
- Warnings:its not a gay gym. its a normal gym and there are some straight people about so be curtious.
