Washroom located inside bldg directly adjacent to ice rink (NY City Hall (Mel Lastman Sq.)Parking lot across street from Pool then walk between bldgs NYCC & City Hall down the outdoor stairs to sliding doors to the right. Make right up to washroom

  • Hours:best time noon to 1:30pm & 3:30pm to 8:pm
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:stand at or in wait no longer than a half hour very cruisy spot.

  • Warnings:security around NYCC always, once inside stay there and sit tight, soon!
