update 6/8/2009: Sauna has re-opened now.
They did some renovations and re-decoration. Still no jacuzzi, still not perfect but generally cleaner, showers now work ok, and sauna area has been refurbished. Lower area has somewhat been remodeled its now more like a maze.
Generally better than before, but still a far cry from the standards in other german saunas.
update 5/27/2009: This sauna has been closed for several months now. However, there are serious rumours in the city that it would 'reopen soon', after some renovation and change of owners. Reopen maybe in June/July 2009.

The sauna is in a quiet backstreet on the back side of Main station (Hauptbahnhof). Get to the main station (e.g. by underground), then walk thru the train station to the rear exit ('Sud Ausgang'). From this exit, you see a large public parking lot. Walk straight across the parking into the street where the sauna is. Coming by car, you can easily park on the public parking lot - 'Nelson-Mandela Platz'.
