Oak Island Cabana

This is a public cabana, for the use of the residents and visitors of Oak Island (Long Beach). Bathrooms are inside, and there may be some that occurs there, but I would be extremely careful. The police department is nearby, and they could be on you in a skinny minute. You see a lot of families there during the 10am - 4pm time period, but many times you'll see single guys of all ages hanging out and checking out the scene. A friend of mine went there recently and hooked up with two guys in one afternoon, one about 21, the other 35. But again, be very careful about doing anything at the cabana itself, or you may find yourself in the jailhouse! Oak Island is halfway between Myrtle Beach and Wilmington, so a lot of younger guys (18+) hang out there.
Crowd: A variety of people go here, sometimes older (50+) might be there in the middle of the day, but I have seen young dudes cruising there too, during the afternoon and early evening.
