Shepard State Park
Graveline Road
This is a State Park. It is very large, isolated and almost no one there on weekdays. There are many seclude trails and parking spots. It used to be well used as a cruising spot but not as much now. My experience is that park personnel are friendly and broad minded. I consider this a safe place to play as long as you use a bit of common sense.
Neighbourhood: Gautier
From Hwy 90 on Gautier, MS, take Laddner Road south to Graveline Road and turn left (east) and go about 2 miles. Park entrance is on the left. You must pay a small user fee per vechile. After paying fee go straight to the Soccor field. Continue past Soccor field and turn left. this will take you to a very isolated part of the park called Grady Camp.
- Hours:Best time is daytime Monday thru Friday.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:This place is just catching on so to be sure you hook up you should take some one with you.
- Nudity / Policy:Find a isolated spot and get nude in the bushes.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / No problem with handicap access.
- Warnings:There is almost no security or police presence. But it pays to be alert for other park users. Other users are rare so just use your common sense.

I was there yesterday just after noon for a couple hours. No action seen, just a couple guys playing frisbee golf and another cutting branches and putting in his truck. This place is awesome though and is a cruisers heaven. I can see the potential for this to be the premiere cruise spot on the MS coast. As noted in the description above, you are pretty much on your own after paying the three dollars and going in the park. There are many isolated areas and trails that could be quite interesting. I will definitely be going back there some during the week days around lunchtime. Hopefully you guys will be there too!
