cruiser update 7/25/2008: It is no longer just 16 rooms - there are many, many more in four buildings. It is under new ownership for about the last five years. Still gay owned but many straights. There is no nudity in any public place. The pool, hot tub, common areas are definitely NOT clothing optional. I did meet a nice man in the parking lot and had lots of fun in his room. However, you could just as easily do the same in a Sheraton parking lot. Worthwhile staying there because it is convenient but do not expect fun and frolicking in public.
This gay owned inn has sixteen rooms most with private bath. Restaurant and gay bar on premises, others five minutes walk away. Hotel has a pool, six man hot tub, sundeck and gym nearby.

Ogunquit is sixty-five miles north of Boston. Take Route 95 to the Maine Turnpike.Take exit 4 (York/Ogunquit). Take right at top of the ramp. Fllow road a short distance to lights, taking a left onto US Route 1 north. Go about 7 miles and the Admiral's Inn will be on your left - not far from the Ogunquit Playhouse.

Will be there weekend of August 4th. Hoping to bring some younger guys back to my room for crazy fun.
