An ordinary office building that most people vacate after 1630. The action picks up around 1800 and usually picks up again after midnite when the clubs let out and many bi military men stop by for a quickie in the bottom floor bathroom. The front door is locked, but the side doors by the stairwells are always open and lead directly to the washroom.

Best times: 1800 and after on weekends and Friday. - Cruising Info/ Tips:Lots of young guys walking by, especially on the weekend. Just touch your when they walk by like your scratching yourself and you will be noticed. Japanese are shy and need to be approached. Some look like they are going to the gym for a workout, but are looking for another type of workout.
