Cruising a courthouse is a great idea. It spares you the ride in a police car to get to your arraignment.

Here's the deal with the court house...

Main floor off the elgin street entrance, go left and use the washrooms across from court 23-24 in the afternoon. Litte to no cops and only minor traffic.

I've cruised it sucessfully in late afternoons.

There's a stocky security guard at the front desk that is on the team. He's cut and girthy.

This is a new hit/miss location on account of the fact there's usually 30+ cops in the court house at any given time...

First the NAC now a Courthouse ??? obviously someone is creating these odd places for washroom cruising just to get a red star thingy near their nickname to get 5 days of a free membership.
