Double door entry, very private. No cameras, security is slow on weekends. 11/30/04 A cruiser reports: I have always had good luck at Place Bell and it does tend to be 2 or 3 guys at one time.
Lots of sucking and jerking going on.
Poppers get passed around. 69 on the floor in the middle of the bathroom or at the sinks. Wild hot action. Afternoon or around 4 to 5pm, weekdays. No warning or risks yet seen. Very private and hot place. Your guts yearn from the excitement...and it smell like !
Crowd: Mixed men, bi and married men.

Neighbourhood: Downtown, Rideau/Elgin

Enter building on Elgin, Take all your first rights and you'll find the bathrooms "behind" the escalators in a hall.
  • Crowd:Mixed men, bi and married men.
  • Hours:Weekdays, the whole building is open to the public before 6pm.
    After 6pm and weekends, everything is blocked off.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Just show it hard, watch them at urinals, watch them under stalls. Four stalls in all.
    Cruisiest Spots: At urinals, in stalls, poppers get pulled out. Lots of orgies too...3 or 4 at once ing and jerking.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:cruiser adds: some straight people that work in the building and down in that area know about this place and some straight men from the street know about it too and go there for a just not to .

    All is private and good. You get lots of blue collar men wanting a job.
